Upon confirmation of visual artwork, we’ll keep you updated via phone or email. Printing typically takes 5-10 business days before delivery. Timelines for custom production and support vary depending on the products, generally ranging from 30-60 days.
After order confirmation, our team will request your logo/message. We recommend providing your logo in Adobe Illustrator (AI format). Alternative file formats may lead to unnecessary delays and additional charges for logo creation.
Complimentary delivery services are provided within the Klang Valley Area. For outstation or overseas orders, charges will be calculated based on shipment size and weight. The calculated charges will be included in the quotation.
Shipping to SABAH & SARAWAK incurs additional charges. Contact us for the latest shipping rates. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or delays during the delivery process by courier services.
Order
There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) required for ready stock. However, prices vary based on the quantity ordered. Wholesale discounts are available for higher quantities, enabling you to benefit from greater savings.

Yes, you can! Samples are available for purchase, with the option to return them within 14 days for a full refund. Returns must be in good condition and include the original packaging. Please note that the return policy for samples does not apply to hygiene-sensitive products such as earphones and headphones.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 5-7 business days after artwork approval and receipt of a 50% deposit.

Printing production costs tend to be higher for smaller quantities due to fixed setup costs. Orders below the minimum quantity will incur a minimum fee. However, pricing per unit becomes more economical beyond the minimum quantity. For specific details on the minimum quantity, please refer to the individual print information provided.
