We offer FREE DELIVERY within the Klang Valley Area. Deliveries to other states will be managed by appointed courier services.

Note:

Complimentary delivery services are provided within the Klang Valley Area. For outstation or overseas orders, charges will be calculated based on shipment size and weight. The calculated charges will be included in the quotation.

Shipping to SABAH & SARAWAK incurs additional charges. Contact us for the latest shipping rates. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or delays during the delivery process by courier services.

Upon receipt of your confirmed artwork and full payment, we’ll expedite your order and ship it within 5-10 business days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays). For orders without printing, goods will be ready for dispatch the next working day.

While the products displayed are currently in stock and ready for logo imprinting, some ready stocks may be limited and require restocking time. The delivery schedule provided is for your reference only. Actual delivery may vary due to factors such as time zone, weather, and technical issues.

We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days after logo imprinting completion. If a typo error or wrong shipping address is submitted, please contact us immediately with your correct and complete shipping address. While we cannot guarantee changes after shipping, if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can still edit the shipping address. Once shipped, changes are not possible.
